Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from DREAMS MIRRORS. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalised mirrors
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 7 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
