Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7–14 business days of purchase. This processing time allows us to ensure your mirror is securely packaged and ready for safe delivery.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day


Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

For custom or personalised mirrors, please allow the full 14 business days for processing before dispatch, as each piece is crafted with care to your specifications.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.


Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Third-party courier delays
  • Extreme weather conditions

DREAMS MIRRORS is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
